  • It is possible to complete a Yoga Nidra teaching practicum over a period of 5 weeks, with 1 hour per week, either in person at the center or via Zoom. This practicum is not mandatory, but it is strongly recommended.The completion of a 30-minute Yoga Nidra recording is mandatory.

Module 1: Foundations of Yoga Nidra

  • Chantal Turgeon, Maïtri is a yoga master, reflexologist, Reiki master, and founder of the Kaivalya Center.
  • She has been teaching yoga for many years and received the title Yogacharya from Swami Sai Shivananda, president of the Francophone Yoga Federation.
  • She also teaches Taiji Qigong Shibashi, Reiki levels 1 to Master, and co-created the TaoQi Chaéli Qigong form and offers private sessions in spiritual coaching, yoga, Ayurveda, and reflexology training programs.

Where are the training held?

The entire training is held online via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world.

All sessions are live, interactive, and guided in real time.

You’ll receive your Zoom link and training material as soon as you register.

Do I need any equipment?

You only need a comfortable setup for lying down (mat, pillows, blankets).

Props are not included.

Can I use Yoga Nidra professionally after this training?

Yes. You’ll learn the complete structure, ethics, and methodology required to guide professional sessions (1:1 or group).

Is the training recorded?

Yes.

All sessions are recorded, and you will have limited-time access to the replays after each training day.

Live participation is still encouraged to fully experience the practices, but you can review the material at your own pace.

What is your refund policy?

No refunds — transfers to another cohort are possible.
If you cannot attend this cohort, you may move to a future one (subject to availability and policies).
