A certified yoga teacher with several hundred hours of training in Ayurveda—India’s traditional and preventive medicine—she now offers personalized Ayurveda consultations as well as private yoga classes. Her sessions are gentle, human-centered spaces where you can slow down, ask your questions, and better understand your constitution, your current imbalances, and your body’s unique needs.
